"Bulge forming" is a hollow forming process for metal pipes in which a pipe set in a mold is filled with ultra-high-pressure liquid while compressing both ends of the pipe axially, allowing it to be shaped all at once into the design carved into the mold. It is also known as hydroforming and is a plastic processing method using pipes made from carbon steel, stainless steel (SUS), aluminum, copper, brass, and various alloys.
